Deirdre Reid is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care to every patient she serves. She believes that building trusting relationships, listening carefully, and educating patients are essential to helping them make informed decisions about their health and feel confident throughout their care journey.

Deirdre earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

Before joining AO Multispecialty Clinic, Deirdre spent many years caring for patients as a registered nurse in the operating room, where she gained valuable experience across numerous surgical specialties, including urology, general surgery, vascular surgery, orthopedics, and robotics. She later practiced as a nurse practitioner at the Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America, caring for patients with complex acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing education, healing, and long-term wellness.

Throughout her training and career, Deirdre has developed experience caring for patients of all ages in family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, and chronic disease management. She is committed to treating each patient with kindness, respect, and empathy while working closely with them to develop individualized care plans that support their health and quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Deirdre enjoys spending time with family and friends and is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth. She looks forward to partnering with her patients and helping them navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and compassion.
