Sam Brooks, MMS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant credentialed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He joins AO Multispecialty Clinic with over six years of dedicated clinical experience across family medicine and urgent care, bringing a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care.
Sam earned his Master of Medical Science from Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed diverse patient populations in both rural and suburban settings. His extensive clinical background includes managing a large panel of 1,300 patients in family medicine and operating as a trusted solo provider in a high-volume urgent care practice, where he routinely evaluated and treated 30 to 50 patients per shift.
Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, Sam previously served as a clinical leader in North Carolina, where he expertly coordinated patient care alongside medical assistants, case managers, and social workers. Demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing clinical excellence within his profession, he also serves as an Exam Item Writer for the PANCE (Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam) with the NCCPA.
Additionally, Sam is bilingual in Spanish, allowing him to effectively communicate and foster deep trust with a broad spectrum of patients and families.
