AO Multispecialty Clinic employs three full-time patient account representatives to act as a liaison between you and/or your family and outside resources. Our patient account representatives can provide help with the following:

• Financial assistance
• Prescription assistance
• Home health services
• Transportation
• Crisis management
• Education
• Support group referrals

Our patient account representatives can also help with applications and questions regarding Medicaid and Disability. If you need any financial counseling or information on support or other health services, please don’t hesitate to ask.
